1. How to submit a document/work

Use the “Form Submission” in the “About Document” menu or send an email to the site managers (see “Who’s who” in FAQ). Your main mail client will be opened (no matter if web or local client).

Use the “Form Submission” in the “About Document” menu or send an email to the site managers (see “Who’s who” in FAQ) putting in evidence the request of recording the document. Your main mail client will be opened (no matter if web or local client).

3. How to get a restricted document/work

Click on the “mail” icon and fill the form to ask to the author the full document. Your main mail client will be opened (no matter if web or local client).

 

4. How to get an internal document/work

For OAAb Staff: if you are inside LAN, you can already be able to download the TN; if you are outside OAAb LAN, connect to the VPN and them resubmit the search. Now you should be able to download the TN.

For not OAAb staff: click on the “mail” icon and fill the form to ask to the author the full document.


5 . How to get a Doc. Nr.

You can create the code by looking to the acronyms defined in the main document. Concerning the year and sequential number, you will need to ask the responsible for the technical notes before the submission. It also possible to generate it using the Doc.Nr. Generator page in “About Document” menu following the instructions therein. Also in this case, during the submission phase, please ask to the TechNotes manager to verify it is correct.

 

6. How to do an author search

The following format can be used: (1) last name; (2) last name + partial first name (3) last name + full first name. More than one author can be searched at the same time also using different above formats.

 

7. How to submit a media (i.e. audio, video, multimedia, dubbing, etc.) product

A description of the content of media product must be provided in the document. A link to the media must be provided as well. Media products (or samples) must be available to OAAb website. If you have a personal space, you can put it/them there and provide that link. The same if media products are already available on some specific pages of OAAb website. Otherwise, contact the repository managers to have assigned a space where to upload it/them.
